Artist Background 

My name is Andres Linares, and I’ve always approached life with an artist’s vision. With a background in architecture, I’ve cultivated a unique perspective that encourages creativity and innovation. At 23, I began my journey as a swimwear model, working with renowned brands worldwide. While I enjoyed the experience, I often felt something was missing—an absence of true style and individuality.

This realization ignited a passion in me to create swimwear that breaks away from the conventional. I saw the potential to use unconventional materials and designs, leading to the birth of AWKI.
